Return Policy

We think you will love what you ordered. But in case you don't - perhaps it doesn't fit right or just wasn't what you were hoping for - we'll send you a new or different size, color, style or item or issue you a quick refund. You have up to 30 days to return items with the following exceptions.

SwimFreak does not accept returns on the following*:

• Custom or special order merchandise
• Used Swimwear
• Merchandise that is no longer in its original condition, including products that have been used or modified.
• Merchandise missing suit liners, parts, accessories, tags or original packaging
• Liquids or Nutritionals
• Clearance or Closeout Items
• Grab Bag Swimwear
• Tech Suits are not returnable unless due to a manufacturer's defect.

*If you return any of these products to us, no credit will be issued.
